Estate Plans

As parents, business owners, and real people ourselves, we understand that estate planning decisions are personal, not just legal. We structure meetings in person or virtually, with flexible scheduling available by arrangement, because real life doesn’t always fit a nine-to-five.

What to expect.

01 Planning Session.

When scheduling your Planning Session, you’ll complete a questionnaire to guide the conversation (no need to have everything figured out or perfectly organized). The session itself is a working conversation where we get to know you and your situation. We begin by walking through what happens without a plan, then review your options so you can decide what best fits your life and goals.

02 Design meeting

The Design Session is where we work through the details of your plan. We talk through options such as naming guardians, choosing beneficiaries and distribution approaches, planning for incapacity, and addressing business succession where applicable. Draft documents are prepared within a few weeks for your review.

03 review session

Once the plan is finalized, we meet to review the documents together and complete signing. If your plan includes a trust, we also discuss next steps for aligning assets so the plan functions as intended.
