OUR SERVICES

HI I'M SAM EMRO

Founder of Emro Law, attorney, and someone who understands how legal decisions play out in real life.

My path to entrepreneurship was shaped by my family and upbringing. As a mom of four and a business owner, I understand firsthand the responsibility, risk, and long-term thinking that families and entrepreneurs carry. Many of the decisions my clients face are ones I’m navigating myself, which brings a personal and grounded perspective to my work.

That lived experience is a large part of why I created Emro Law. I wanted to practice in a way that feels clear, genuine, and aligned with how I would want to be treated as a client. Legal matters can feel overwhelming, so I focus on balancing strong legal guidance with real-life practicality.

Today, I work with individuals and business owners on estate planning, business advising, real estate, and probate matters. My approach begins with listening and education so clients can understand their options and put plans in place that truly work. Outside of work, I spend time with my family, stay involved in our community, and hope to travel more with my husband when life slows down.

I’m a “Non-Traditional” Attorney.

Before practicing law, my work put me directly inside the kinds of situations clients often face when things feel overwhelming, urgent, or unclear. That real-world exposure continues to shape how I practice today by:

Supporting families during difficult moments

Before practicing law, I worked closely with families after the loss of a loved one, helping with post-death administration and probate coordination. That experience showed me how overwhelming these moments can be and the value of clear, steady guidance.

Understanding how decisions affect people and businesses

I grew up in a small-business family, where business was part of everyday life. Combined with years spent in property valuation, this shaped how I approach legal decisions with an eye toward real financial and personal impact

Seeing the cost of delayed planning

I have seen what happens when estate or business planning is delayed or incomplete, often at the worst possible time. Those moments reinforced the importance of proactive planning before urgency takes over.

MEET JORDAN

Jordan Emro Law

I’ve always believed building a business is one of the bravest things you can do. I grew up in a small town in Connecticut watching both of my parents run their own businesses, and seeing firsthand the pride and sacrifice that come with entrepreneurship is what led me to trademark law.

Today, I help entrepreneurs protect what they’ve built. To me, a trademark isn’t just paperwork—it’s protection for your ideas, effort, and brand identity. I enjoy hearing business owners’ stories and making sure their excitement is matched with the peace of mind that comes from being legally protected.

At Emro Law, I focus on making the trademark process clear and stress-free, so you walk away not only protected, but confident in what it means and why it matters. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me chasing my three little boys or binge-watching reality TV.

MEET DANIEL

My love for learning and travel shapes the way I practice at Emro Law, building on years of guiding individuals and families through meaningful life decisions. Before becoming an attorney, I served as an ordained Rabbi, an educator, and a licensed Florida Realtor. These experiences taught me how to communicate complex ideas clearly, listen closely, and help people navigate important moments in their lives with confidence and clarity.

Earlier in my career, I worked in real estate sales and development, gaining firsthand experience with property transactions, investment decisions, and the practical realities families face when managing valuable assets. That background continues to inform my legal practice today, particularly when helping clients structure estate plans that involve real estate, family properties, or generational wealth planning. My work also includes experience assisting families navigating long-term care and nursing home matters, which deepened my understanding of the emotional and financial challenges that can arise later in life. Seeing those realities firsthand reinforced the importance of thoughtful planning long before a crisis occurs.

While my background is broad, my legal practice focuses on estate planning and elder law. I help individuals and families create plans that are both legally sound and personally meaningful. In addition to traditional estate planning, I assist clients with long-term care and Medicaid Asset Protection Trust (MAPT) pre-planning in Florida, helping families protect assets, preserve dignity, and prepare proactively for the future.

Having lived, studied, and traveled internationally, I value serving clients from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. In addition to English, I speak basic Spanish, Hebrew, Swiss German, and High German. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new places, traveling, cooking, or simply tending to my garden.

OUR APPROACH

Good legal planning starts with understanding. We help clients make informed, low-stress decisions by clearly explaining options before moving forward. Many people feel overwhelmed simply because no one ever taught them how these systems work. When clients understand the “why” and the “how,” the process becomes clearer and far less stressful.

We approach legal guidance from the same place our clients do: as parents, business owners, and people making real decisions in real life. We understand the pressure of protecting family, building something meaningful, and planning responsibly for the future because we are doing the same. That shared perspective allows us to offer guidance that is practical, realistic, and aligned with how life and business actually work.

Legal planning is not one-and-done. Life changes, businesses evolve, and plans need to keep up. We value long-term relationships so guidance stays aligned with real life as it changes. Staying connected allows us to offer better advice, anticipate issues earlier, and provide continuity built on trust and understanding.

Samantha took the time to understand our family and recommended a joint revocable trust for my husband and me, ensuring our children are protected and helping us stay out of court in the event of incapacity. We value all of Sam’s time and hard work. Pleasant, caring and understanding reputable lawyer!

After meeting Sam for the first time, I was immediately impressed by her warm and approachable demeanor, as well as her depth of knowledge in every aspect of her field. She has a remarkable ability to simplify complex legal terms, making them easy to understand. My admiration for her grew even more after attending her virtual webinar on estate planning—it was clear, practical, and incredibly informative. Sam is absolutely AMAZING!! She really does care about your specific needs for your business but also you as a person. She has given me so much knowledge in just the short time I have worked with her that I haven’t known as a business owner in years. She has been my life saver. She is professional, friendly, and turns a meeting discussion about things that are considered “serious” into a good time when you talk to her. HIGHLY recommend!!

Samantha was beyond helpful in answering any and all questions we had about estate planning as well as providing us with a bunch of helpful information! I’ve already learned so much from her that will help us to create a plan going forward with her! Beyond just being helpful, we felt super at ease and comfortable talking with her because she’s so personable, down to earth, and a parent of littles just like us! Highly recommend to every parent out there who’s wanting to take the next step in estate planning or even just wondering where to start!!
